Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout, based on the service you choose and the items you purchase, please check you are happy with the costs when you place your order.
All prices include UK 2nd class post, and costs to other locations are charged at a reduced rate to give our overseas buyers some of the benefit of our generous shipping offer!
I always obtain a proof of posting and am happy to follow up any claims for non delivery but cannot be held responsible for items once they have been posted.
Please Note!
We are unable to accept personal collections nor can we deliver personally to you! All orders must be posted!
We recommend that registered post is used for goods over the value of £25.
Goods made to order will be made and sent within 28 days, stock items are normally dispatched within 48 hours (Usually very much quicker for both stock and made to order!)
If there are any delays we will notify you immediately via email.
If you would prefer not to recieve notifications on your order progress please note this in the comments section when you place your order.
Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on the item(s) once they have been been shipped unless the item is faulty or significantly not as advertised. This is due to hygene reasons.
If you would like any modifications to your item after it has been made, please use the "Contact Us" form to arrange the return of your item. Please note a small additional charge may be payable for alterations. |
