Payment
Once Goods have been ordered, if you have selected the cheque or postal order option we would normally expect to receive your payment within 5 days, otherwise we will have to unfortunately cancel your order and re-offer the goods for sale again.
Paypal is our preferred method of payment, but we understand that some customers may prefer to pay by Cheque, Postal Order or IBAN. Remember you dont need a paypal account to use paypal, just a credit or debit card!
Unfortunately we are unable to accept Cheques and Postal Orders from our overseas clients, so Paypal, Credit Cards or IBAN only for overseas (Non UK) buyers please.
Stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment-usually sooner!!! It can take up to 28 days to create hand made orders, we are always happy to provide you with an update on your order, please either use the contact us form to request this, or reply to the email you received from the shop when you placed your order. Please remember to give us as many details as possible to enable us to trace your order quickly.
I always obtain a proof of posting and am happy to follow up any claims for non delivery but cannot be held responsible for items once they have been posted. We recommend that registered post is used for goods over the value of £25.
Goods to order will be made and sent within 28 days (Usually much quicker!) If there are to be any delays we will notify you immediately. We generally send the ready made at the same time as the custom items when there is a split order. If you would prefer the items sent in two lots, please let us know at the time of ordering. Please note that this may involve additional postage costs. |
